Well, i have several things for sale...go to my webpage to see them. in addition, i will have several more things going for sale soon...stock 99 front seats. they are the split 40/20/40 seats that are gray (agate). They will directely bolt in a GenIII Dak/Durango as well as fit in the GenII Dak. Several have done this on the DML (www.dakota-truck.net) so you may want to ask them... They have about 30,000 miles and are in absolute perfect condition. They will be ready in about a month after I finish my seat swap.

Also, will have a Pace Edwards Roll Top for a GenIII short bed Dak. i have used it for about 1.5 years. the side rails were replaced after a year for a factory defect and are almost new... and I have a new roller/spring set for it. also a factory defect. the roller/spring set is not installed and will provide. let me know if you are interested...

Tim, Did you just ask your local dealer to get the yellow paint for you? Do they put it in the spray cans? How much was it if you don't mind me asking...

well, yes you can get the paint from the dealer...kinda expensive, think it was like 7-8 buck per bottle...i think i needed three to do the dash alone...just to give you an idea...now, you need a primer that is for plastic...and a clear coat...also need some sand paper...

now that i am working on a custom upper and lower consol i will take it to a shop and have them paint them. I found an awesome shop about 1.5 hours away that did my mirrors and handles and all i can say is i am amazed. I will have them paint the dash so it matches...you can do it your self but it's difficult...Mine has held up for about 2 years now so i can't complain...just want something that is perfect! also have it in the shop for when the kid road his bike square into the side of my dak...

i think you can order the pain (cheaper from napa). another great site is chuck Robbins...www.intense99dak.com (he told me about the napa deal) may want to ask him. on last thing. He is getting his house gutted so it may take a little time for him to reply...

Thanks Tim. I appreciate the help. I'll probably just go the dealer route, because I need them to paint my new rollpan and front bumper cover anyways. They usually charge less if you prep it yourself right? Yeah, I've contacted Chuck a few times already for different things. His site is helpful as well, although I'm anxiously awaiting some updates!! ;-)

One other thing. Do you like that Zaino's? I heard it was great for the dark colors, but nobody ever mentioned anything for light. It looks like it gave you a hell of a shine. I use Meguire's Gold, but I think I may try Zaino's.

yep, cheaper if you do most of the prep work...just make sure you do it right...

as for the Zaino...this is my opinion and don't feel like a flame! yes the Zaino is the best...It does wonders with dark colors b/c it makes the paint reflect the light amazingly...BUT it also does the same on light colors...just harder to see...A friend is using it on his Intense Blue dak and it's amazing! but my truck is just as amazing...just a brighter color.

Zaino is by far better than any other wax/polish I have seen...I would buy the full line of polish (pre-cleaner, swirl remover, and polish, wax applicators) the new additive for the polish is not necessary but is very nice... Also only use White USA made 100% cotton towels. Cut the stitching off so it doesn't scratch the paint. Never use a colored towel, or foreign material...they have dies and stuff to make it white. Cannon is the only bath towel I can find. Kohl's cares them. follow the steps very closely...if you want some more tips I'll give them to you. your must get all contaminants off of the paint first. Zaino will seal anything in. I use mothers clay bar and Maguire's quick polish as a lube. Zaino makes there own quick detailer and clay bar but it's a bit more expensive...I use zaino quick polish for shows only.

when you apply it for the first time you will want to put about 3-4 coats on. then next week do the same thing, then you can do it when ever. I do mine every month with about 2-3 coats every time. also before winter put about 6-10 coats on it...really works!

after about two months I took my truck to a very small show and I got at least 10 comments about my paint! no one could believe it's stock! didn't win anything but I think I was the big winner by the comments! I can't say enough about it...when you order it talk to Sal...he is the nicest person...any buy far the best.

lastly I also use his car wash, glass cleaner, tire gel, and plastic polish, and will be using his leather care (when I get my new seats in). Please email me privately if you want some more tips...got a ton!
