Message: I see in the Haynes manual that there is a 'hold off' valve on the porportioning valve in the 1989 Dodge Dakota. Do I need to clip that valve when bleeding with one person on the pedal and me at the bleeders...or do I only need to clip that if I'm using a 'pressure bleeding' tool?
