No, this is not another question about AMSOIL, it is actually a story that I thought some people might want to hear about customer service after an order.
I recently purchased an Oil analysis test kit from them. I ordered it about a week and a half ago and it has not arrived. I called them to check on the status of my order and was told that since the preferred membership had run out with them, they weren't sure if I wanted that renewed or not and were holding my order until they got word from me.
How stupid is that? Not a good way to do business. Just wanted to let people out there know that do business with them what might happen to you. I even write them an e-mail 2 days ago expressing my etreme displeasure with the situation and have not heard anything back. Seems like them trying to make $10 just cost them several hundred dollars in future orders. Actually was very stupid move on their part.

I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I've ordered oil through them, and had it delivered to my door within 4 days. I guess it just depends on the region (Mine comes from Richmond, Va).
If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.

Where in NC are you Matt? I think the Dodge dealer on the north side of Raleigh sells amsoil.

I have been active with the Amsoil organization for 10 years and I have never heard a story like that before, but anything can happen I guess.
I have never heard of Amsoil holding up an order, and I know that when I send Amsoil an email I get a response in less than 24 hours every time.
