The does anyone know if the new ball joints (that Dodge recommends to replace the defective one) have grease zurks on them? If not, has anyone tryied installing zurks themselves?

no they don't and i wouldn't try installing zerks on them. others might have a different opinion but i wouldn't do it. you can buy aftermarket replacements with zerks like the MOOG's. the new factory replacements supposedly have the defects corrected.
