Yes the accelerator cable, it goes from the pedal to the throttlebody. Only takes about 20 minutes to replace. Just takes some finagling.

Trevor, did you pull up that pic from a website or scan it in? I've found a honda website to pull up dealer pics but haven't found a dodge one yet.
Also, does anyone know if any of the above cables have to do with overdrive. I'm getting a rattle as it shifts in and out of overdrive on a 97, 3.9L.

That picture looks like it came from alldatadiy. I have a subscription for my truck and all of the images look similar to that.
