CracDodge,
I think it would be the ususal to mod your truck with anything or everything and hopefully something happens. However, buying just the chip may or may not give you the boost you are looking for. I think it is suppose to work side_by_side with other mods. I am no t exactly sure which ones, but am aware of my buddies mod of the single chip. He didn't do anything else and it was a waste of money.
Then again, just my to pennies.

CrackDak,
Ya, I wouldn't know about what exactly would happen if you added a chip. But if its seems like it would be fun, whats wrong with that. Money could be the deciding factor, but if its some what in the budget go for it.
Best of luck,
Matt

CrackDak98, save your money on the chip and the tb spacer. the tb spacer will do nothing for you because of the way that our intakes are designed. it is just a expensive paper weight. as for the chip, again save your money. our pcms learn there way around the chip, so you will notice it at first, but after about 200 miles, your pcm will learn that it is there and work around it. go with a superchip tuner. just my .02 cents.
