Fed, when I was looking for headers, neither Edelbrock or Gibson had anything for pre-97 V6. Seems like only JBA make headers for GenII V6.

95 3.9L 4WD V6, K&N, Gibson exh, JBA hdrs, JET stage II, MSD 6A, Rancho shocks and more..

Fed, the '92 & '93 daks had the most free flowing factory exhaust manifolds. i bet if you removed them and cleaned up the ports they'd flow just about as good as those headers.

Fed,
Save your money on the headers the 92 and 93 exhaust manifolds flow close to what the JBA headers will flow for your truck. Thats 400+
dollars you couls spend on something else.

I didn't notice any sound difference either. But let me be clear. I did not and do not regret installing the headers. I learned not to judge any particular mod for it's standalone contribution. The engine is pretty complicated system and any power increase that I get say with JET chip could be in part because of the headers or t-stat or whatever and would be different otherwise.
