i have never had a problem Sam, hes a great guy and gets the product that i order as fast as possible, email the Sam i am pretty sure there was some kind of mix up with your order.

I too had also placed an order with Sam for a F&B throttle body and as of 11/6 I have not received any replies to my emails or received the merchandise. Next will be phone call to cancel the order thats almost two months old.

I havent had any problems but very slow service the first time i order from him.
I ordered the 1.7 RR from him and from what he said they had just released a new style of the rocker and all that was different was the way they squirt oil out.
Anyways i think i wated about a little over 2 months to get them.
Not to bad considering i ordered from jcwhitney or what ever that parts site is called and wated 2 months for a bottle of gas additive.
