I just got a set of NGK v-power plugs p/n 7252 for my 2000 3.9. I used to run 3923's for about 10k miles, never saw any gain from them, so I decided to just get a set of good quality plugs since I'm about to put in perf. wires and new cap/rotor. I never tried NGKs but I know they make good plugs. I got em cheap because I work at an auto parts store, so no harm done if they don't work out. Anyone tried these and have any input?

My '01 Dakota is due for a new set of Spark Plugs. I used the 3923's, but this time I'll try this NGK v-power plugs p/n 7252. What setting did you set the gap? What type of rotor and distributor caps do you use?

Thanks/Mahalo,
Gerry

Didn't get a chance to gap or install yet but I assume I should set them to factory gap, right?

sorry zzark I've never let anyone ride it but me

oww hey guys i'm not saying your going to get any performance gains from just a plug change
but some of the things i've noticed with NGK's
is they last longer and the engines
to me seem to run a bit smoother
