Hey daveshotdako, What's different about a pre-'95 TB? I've never seen one. I've got a V6 TB from a '98 if you want it. I am also a machinist, how were you going to make new larger throttle plates? I noticed that the periphery of the plates are slanted and are not perpendicular to the face. Tell me how to set it up, for a manual machinist. Thanks.

Relf.

the only difference in a '95 and earlier tb is that they have EGR. other than that, they are identicle. do some careful measurements on the original plates, and you will find that the holes are .030 off of center and ther are small flats on the sides to prevent rubbing on the bearings. when i make them, i set it up on the cnc mill and mill the flats and drill the holes. then i go to the lathe and part them off. the angle is not important. you will also need to drill out the cover over the idle adjustment screw so that you can adjust it once you put it on your truck. 46mm is as big as you can bore it unless you remove the bearings and make some alluminum spacers to press in and then put the bearings in. if you do not do this and try to bore it to 48mm, you will run into the bearings. le me know if you have any more questions.

I have one new body I would sell for $50. It is disassembled and will include all parts except sensors.

Not sure. It is part number 12R10897B. AFAIK it fits all EGR type magnum v6's.
