 Subject: Transmission Problem

I have an 03 2wd 3.9 automatic DAK. I have about 23k miles on it and have started to notice a grinding noise when my truck shift's into overdrive. When I turn over drive off and it shift's to 4th I dont hear the grinding. My truck is still under warranty, so I am not too worried. I am just looking for some info as to what to tell the Dealer.
