Just replaced my coil wire because of visible arcing, but am still getting arc at 2500 to 3000 rpm, only when engine is warmed up. WTF?

Is your coil cracked? It could be possible that it is
leaking out of the coil instead of the coil wire. Where is
at actually arcing, at the cap or coil, or in the middle?
