Subject: rebuilt V6 short block?
IP: Logged

Message:
Hi Guys. My '98 V6 is getting up there in miles and I was wondering where would I get a rebuilt V6 shortblock. I guess I could rebuild it, but I don't have time for cams, pistons, and all that crap. I do have time to build it up from a long block, though. Thanks for your input.

Relf.

Do you have a Checher/Shucks/Kragen near you? I know they sell rebuilt engines and long blocks. I don't know about Autozone. Also, I've had very good luck with Jasper Engines and Transmissions. They make some high quality stuff. If you've got the money, the cost for you would be $2345.00 with core exchange.

vern, I'm here in Pleasanton, CA. I'm going to call Marshall's auto machine shop.
