Hey i know i haven't drove something with some real Horsepower in awhile has anyone had a stock 2004 Quad Cab 4x4 with the 3.7 Liter V-6 on the strip to see how fast it is.....Just Currious

Its kinda funny when i was younger i had a e-350 ford van with a 460cid and it only had 225hp now 15 - 20yrs later i have a v-6 with almost the amount of horses in it....isn't technology great

yeah, but check the torque of that 460 against that 6'er. "horsepower sells cars, torque wins races"

daddio has that one pegged right. i used to have a 83 amc eagle sx/4 with 258 straight six... that thing had more torque then the dakota. i miss the front of the vehicle twisting when i goose the throttle.
