I am noticing a chinging sound when I accelerate from stop to around 45 mph, and evrytime I touch the gas pedal.
Anyone have this experience please let me know what it might be, so I can plan on options and cost.

Could be anything, where is the sound coming from (front, back, underneath, engine)?

I checked it out a few minutes ago, and I locked in the four wheel drive and proceeded to turn the wheel and pull forward and it sounds like it's coming from somewhere within the front differential area.
