I'm replacing my valve cover gaskets on my '90 3.9. has 95,000 original miles on it. I got the gaskets from the dealer..and it came with bolts instead of the stud and nuts that were original..do I have to use the bolts..and if I do..do the studs just unscrew ?? thanks for the greattttt forum..

It's your choice. The studs do unscrew. Sometimes they are loose. Sometimes a vice grip will do. Sometimes you need a special tool which is available almost anywhere automotive tools are sold.
