Subject: brake leak?

hi all,

i have a problemn with my 97 3.9l beast,

after i did the front brakes today ( rotors + pads ) and a refill of all liquids, by a local garage. I found a little padle with a brown, smelling liquid. So i smell at all of my babys liquids, and found a small tank on the left side ( from the steering wheel ) with a yellow cap. Its really close to the windshield, behind/left of the power steering fluid tank.

The liquid in this tank looks and smells really like the one I found on the left side (from the ws again) behind the tire. This tank is pretty full (5/6 - 6/7 so its nearly full). SO can it be that the people in the repair job overfill it? Or is there are leak?

are my brakes leaking, when I used them threre is nothing comming out of the brake system as far as I can see. (tested with a parked car engine on and off )

Or gets the liquid just hot during the three mile trip from the garage to my place.

so what to do now, I'm affraid to use it right now.
