There are "goodies" being developed for them already (just takes some time). If the 3.7L is truly based on the 4.7L, the t'stat should be the same as well (GT755-180). Best way to check though is to remove the factory one and measure it. (I don't have any references for the 3.7L at this time.)

Probably not. While they do look the same (checked them at SEMA), they're probably going to be smaller for the V6.

Probably be just like the 3.9 to the 5.2 You could swap TBs and other odds and ends.
