Subject: 3.9L Main bearing specs

Hey guys, Can't find my manual.. and need to know the torque specs for the main bearings, and the flywheel on a '93 V6.
Need info while we still have clear weather, plus I need to have the truck together & running today.

haynes for 87-96 says fly wheel/drive plate bolt is 55 ft-lbs and main bearing cap bolts are 85 ft-lb
