Okay, because I lack the motivation to make my own intake for my 3.9 , I thought I'd present a question to everyone before I bought one. Which air intake is the best? I know they're all basically the same, so I'm wondering, which one has the best fit and finish? Easiest to install... maintain... etc. Quick D, Stage II, K&N, 360 Airtakes, Mopar Performance... so on and so forth.

I've got an Airaid and I'm happy with it. Although the others supposedly perform better. Dunno.

i think the mopar is the best (aka k$n fipk) but cost a few dollars. if you go to www.kollerdodge.com you will find the best price for it that i have seen unless you can get the employee discount at the parts counter.

I have the Intense Performance Stage II with the 7" Big Mouth filter, in my opinion it's the best kit for the money, a lot less expensive than the K&N FIPK, and there isnt much of a performance difference (definitely not enough of a difference to justify the higher price, in my opinion anyway). Install was a snap, maintainance should be similar in all the different kits, re-oil the filter when they tell u to, and check it every now and then to make sure the clamps are tight. all in all i think the general consensus around here is that the K&N is the best kit for performance, but like i said, the IP Stage II is up there, and it costs a lot less
