If you have both trucks in your possesion, you should just be able to swap over all the parts you need from one truck to the other.

I have a 96 dakota that has a rebuilt transmisson that got
put in alittle over a year ago it was fine and now it won't go
over 45 mph and makes a whinding nosie it shifts fine do u
think it could be the transmisson or torque converter or
maybe the motor
