 Subject: Locking torque converter problem

Just set idle and timing on my newly purchased '87, 3.9 Dakota. Truck is running better now, but my lock-up torque converter is not locking between 60 & 80KM/H like it did before adjustments. What regulates the locking of the converter? Greatly appreciate any help.

I believe its the TCC valve (torque convertor clutch)
