Good day kyle: when i changed my headlight bulbs out, i had to reach my hand through the engine compartment and turn the blue tightening ring at the back of the headlamp assembly to get my old bulbs out, it was easier for me to do because i already had my stock air box removed and my battery, without those things removed you still can get to it but it is a tight squeeze and may cut up your hands, and if you decide to just remove by the torque screws you might throw your headlight alignment off, anyways do a search on this site to see how other have done it, mine is a 2000 quad cab 3.9 l v6 so i'm not to sure if the set up is the same.
