i asked this in the customs forum but no one really anwsered me i was just wondering if its possible to take out the armrest in a 1999 and put in a center console because i want to put in bucketseats and itd look horrible if i left it in.

i am sure it will come out, but you might have to modify your seat bracket, i havent looked at it, but it has to have a way to come out.

My 2003 came with bucket seats and a consol from the factory.

Where would you get the center console? They had all the parts to make the console at carparts.com but I just do not know what all i need. I am also intrested in doing the same thing.

Yes, you can remove it... I removed mine. You'll have to drill out the rivets though so putting it back in if you don't like it will be a bit more difficult of a project.

I removed mine also. Not that hard of a job, just drill out the rivets like Josh said. Piece of cake.
