Is it consistant with engine speed or vehicle speed?

Well, it could be brake pad wearing finger/caliper parts, or wheel bearing/bushing problem, or tire/something rubbing on onside of fender well (you would probably "feel" all of these though), if your truck is 4X4 check CV/universal joints. If it was consistant with engine speed, i was going to say idler or tensioner pulley or belt loose or fan clutch, i had a squealing tensioner pulley which sounded like a tea pot on mine and had to replace it. Other than that...i am at a loss!!
