I have a 96 dakota, and about a week ago, the heater fan stopped working. The heater itself still works, but no fan. I checked the fuse and that's not the problem. What should I check next?

there is a resistor block near the fan motor(i believe). do a search for blower or fan on here i am sure you'll find something.

Thanks,
I'll try replacing the resistor and see if that works. If not, I guess I'll have to replace the blower motor.

On my 1995 I had a burnt connection at the engine firewall. I cleaned it up and it works fine. I,however, bought another blower before I thought to look there.

Good morning. My fan works on high but not on any lower settings. Would this be the resistor or the switch? Please advise. Thanks
