I did notice that both advance and autozone now carry these. I'll have to ask about them next time I'm in the store and happen to think about it. As i recall, both stored had a couple misssing from their displays. Might just be the employee's creating the impression these are selling.

guys you aren't going to find some el cheapo gadget to make up
for lack of power on a v6 ever, i've wasted tons of time looking
myself, a couple horses here or there don't matter

no replacement for displacement....or just supercharge the truck
if you want it faster
