This is going to be a long one,sorry.Truck has 120,000 miles on it.Its running rough,misses, sputters,back fires a little when put in gear, here's whats been done.New plugs,dist cap,rotor,wires,crank sensor,timing chain,computer.Cleaned all under hood grounds.Cleaned wire harness connection under fuse box. Cleaned fuel rail, and injectors,checked injector connection with noid light,stethoscope,working fine.codes 12 and 55.

Did you try PCV Valve, Air cleaner, Vacuum check (around bolts, throttle body, and lines/hoses), compression check (min of 100psi or between 30-40psi difference between cylinders), and/or cam shaft lobe check?

change the O2 sensor, it is a player in that problem, along with your map sensor and ait sensors.
