FYI... just took my 99 in because the handling was getting poor. Mileage: 94,000
Upper and Lower ball joint replacement scheduled for monday. $640 total.

Yeah, I know. I took my 97 in about 3 years ago for uppers only and it cost me $400...it figured that the uppers were the most expensive ones.
Good luck...and see if you can get the NON-maintenance-free (with the grease fitting) ones installed...they last longer.
