I have a '04 Dakota Sxt (V6 3.7l) and i just got a full catback system, with Flowmaster pipeing, i wanted to get the deepest (meanest) muffle as i could so i went with the *40 series* is there a louder series then the 40 series?

well i'm running a 40 series single in/out with a turn down and it's really loud. i'm not sure about the the cat back system. so far i've heard that the 40 series is pretty much the best sounding, and since i have one i agree.

The gibson system is louder, but does not sound or perform as ggod as the flowmaster.

I have Flowmaster 40 Deltaflow. Single in, Dual out. Several people have commented on how great it sounds. Even had it mistaked for a V8 (I have a 3.9) and an R/T. A lot is just personal preference. Tell me how you like your cat back. Im looking at change the Cat and maybe changing the headers.

I am so happy with my exhaust i am really glad i went with ( full catback) flowmaster and the 40 series really loud can here it going down my street. already got a compliment on how it sounds when i pass people. I wanted it to be really muffeled and loud but still sound good...and to me this is the way to go. Really happy with it!!!! Excellent Buy!!!

is a v6 3.7L really out horse powered?... compared to a V6 4.0 L?? cuz i beat my friend in a race with my 3.7 and he has a 4.0 ?? Just wonderin? thanks guys

hells ya, i just have a 40 series on my 94' 3.9 and i've had people think its a V8 too.
