 Subject: Speed Input Circuit Code?

My check engine light is on and reporting P0320 - Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit along with P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). So I figure the catalyst efficiency is an O2 sensor, easy enough. But what is the Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit error?
Seems to be running fine (purchased it with the check engine light on - oops).
