I have a 1996 dakota with a 3.9. i'm driving along and the rpms drop for just a split second. it was every once in a while yesterday and got a lot worse today. it is like turning the key off for a split second. i have an msd igniton and msd coil. it has been running great up until now. please help. it is driving me crazy

Hook up the stock coil and test sounds like coil
could be going bad
I just lost a MSD 8207 blaster coil and chased it
around for weeks untill it died completly and
the truck would not even start
