If your are looking for an inexpensive autoscanner that works for OBD-2, checkout the following link:

http://www.digimoto.com

For a 119.00 you get an interface box pcb, cables to connect to your laptop, OBD2 port on your vehicle and the ver. 3.7 software, you can retrieve codes, clear check engine light and collect data in real time off of the OBD2 port. The software also has a dyno function. Check it out!

92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

I forgot to add the digimoto site has demos on each feature of their software:

View Real Time Sensor Charts Demo
View Diagnostic Trouble Codes Demo
View Sensor Grid Demo
View Quarter Mile Stats Demo
View Dyno Statistics Demo
View On Board Test Information Demo
View Data Logging Demo

Each of these are listed under the flash demos.

92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

Wadak that looks pretty neat. If you already have a laptop it would be a cheaper way to go than the the auto-xray.

xmr,
I have purchased this product and used it on my 97 v6 dak. So far I have been impressed with the product. If I can find a way to save the data and put it up here I will.

92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

looks very cool.

can it be used on long trips to make summary reports of data? (avg mpg, avg rpm, hi rpm, lo rpm, etc etc) or is it just one thing recorded at a time?
