I finaly got around to installing the harlands

Very easy instalation and what I found was that
the harlands actualy give you aprox .003 more
valve travel do to the correct geometry

Talking with Jeff at harland sharp they have no
rpm limit and carry a life time gurantee each
piece is hand assembled.

This would be the way to go for most no adjusting
nessasary and no valve cover mod needed.
S70047 you can find them at a good price from
John at southeastern R/T
http://www.southeastrt.com/

The crowers do work well but were designed for the
V10 engine and do require proper adjustment and
modding the baffle in the valve cover for most
not adviseable unless you have exp with valve trains

I do have a set of crowers used aprox 14,000 miles
I will sell for $200 if someone wants them, in org
box with instructions

Also 1 MSD 6a box $100, in org box with instructions

Money order only no personal checks

Larry, if you had a complete set instead of three-fourths of a set, I'd be interested.

I have the Harland Sharp Rockers installed on 92 4x4 pickup, so far I have about 10,000 miles on them. I have hit the rev limiter a time or 2, I have had no problems with them. I have the Crowers on my 1997 v6, they are not to difficult if you follow Larries instuctions. I like the way the Harland Sharp's install plus no modding the valve covers as Larry said.

92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

Bill KRC

I installed the 1.7's S70047
S70046 is the 1.6

I beleave you are the one I was talking with about
the 360 Vortech project we are working on when I
called you guys a month ago herd Marty in the back
ground and also spoke with him about the vortech
blower

Yes I did switch from crowers to harlands in this
motor but still have the crower rev kit in my 2
V6 strokers with the guides and no washers on the
roller tip those motors see 6000 rpm every time
they run 1.6 ratio

For anyone interested in a V6 performance computer
you can still get them threw summit they are reman
by a company called Atech performance and avalible
Just put P5249521 Or DCC-5249521 in the search

The 6a box is sold
