 Subject: Blinking orange lights

I disconnected the battery on my 2001 CC Sport and after reconnecting the radio doesn't work.
The little orange light on the ends of the Bass and Treble arms are blinking off, bright and then dim before repeating the blink sequence endlessly.
I have checked all fuses inside the cab and under the hood visually and the radio fuse with a continuity tester and all are good.
Everything but the radio is working. I have tried resetting the PCM by disconnecting the battery and turning the ignition key to the start position for 30 seconds and then reconnecting the battery and it did not fix my radio problem.
Can someone suggest what I should try next?

You sure you don't need an anti-theft code to reset the radio?
