91 dodge dakota 3.9 92k miles. Converter has been removed. Smog pump still has belt on it but makes a sound like 2 cycle kawasaki under the hood.Is there anyway to use the air from the smog pump on the intake air breather that will help gas mileage and not hurt performance?
