What amount of pressure is in the fuel line on a 1988 V6 Dakota? If it's significant, where is the inertia switch located in order to relieve the pressure?

Regulater non adjustible (replace if bad)

Can someone tell me where to locate the inertia switch on a 96 Dodge Dakota 2 wheel drive, 3.9, auto? And also, does it shut off both fuel and spark?
