My 1991 truck has the light on also, from what I have read it is only a reminder.
I left the bulb in but I put gray plastic tape over the front just behind the plexiglass bezel, not on the bulb.
That way the light can be seen very little at night and not at all during the day, or you could just remove the bulb.
You can have the stealer reset the thing for you but that can cost $$.

I had the same thing. Paid 30 bucks to get the light read. I had a problem with one of my injectors

Time to change the O2 sensor and get a good tune, new rotor, dist.cap, spark plug wires, spark plugs. The o2 sensor should be changed every 60,000 miles. Chrysler products in generally start running crappy when the O2 sensor starts to fail.

Ive got a 92, 3.9, 4x4, 5sp, and I run it on the thruway almost everyday 100 miles, and I get, on average, 16 miles per gallon. Is that normal?
