Hello I have a 03 Dodge Dakota SXT 4x4 and when it is cold out (Approximately 0 Celcius) at around 60-70 KM a loud wining noise comes from the engine compartment, and when I step on the gas it lessons then eventually goes away. Any ideas?

fan clutch, not problem all of ours do it. goes away after about 30 seconds of driving.... right

ding ding ding we have a winner. But technically your not right. Mine USED to do it but now that there isn't a clutch in my truck anymore, it doesn't do it anymore.
It's not a problem, but it's loud an annoying for sure.
