i read about this somewhere. i wouldn't want one though. of coarse, i wouldn't want an 05+ dakota either. trucks are getting too ugly and fancy and aren't supposed to look like cars with beds.

I have a 2001 Dakota club cab & I went and looked at the 2005 Dakota expecting to get all worked up and wanting one. I was very disapointed in what I saw The interior was very plain looking no nice cozy look to it. the seats are are thinner and felt hard as a rock. They put ugly head rests on the back jump seat There The rear section of the club cab opens now. Thats nice but the rear side little windows dont open any more. Just broke my Idea of getting a new one. I think they went backwards in there styling and everything in general.
Just my opinion

A friend has the subaru baja, she loves it.

In my opinion trucks need real bumpers made from good solid metal, not that plastic or thin aluminum. And I will never consider buying a quad cab dakota until they make one with a 6 foot bed.
