I have been looking for a kit to supercharge my 2001 dak but i have not fould one. i also dont want to pay some one to build one from scratch. does anyone know of someone that is selling a kit. for my 3.9

KRCperformance makes the only one that i know of that is designed specifically for the 3.9. awesome looking kit, those guys are pros. if i had the money id be all over it

Unless insurance is the issue, I'd recommend selling and buying a V8. The 3.9 is a low output motor that lasts forever. Dodge doesn't put a lot of reserve in the transmissions, so pressurizing a V6 probably isn't the best idea.

is there any way to upgrade the trans so it can handle the extra hp. I know dodge has a transmision problem.

These transmissions can handle a lot if set up
right
If you want just better shifts and a stronger
trans
TCI Transcat kit $85
If you want total manual control
TransGo $100
The transgo if taken to the manual shift stage
you will need to do some servo work.
Either kit will work well in both the 500 and 518
transmissions

I have a 2004 3.7 v6 and i want to supercharge it, right now im putting out 220 hp so i need to boost that if u let me know it would be grateful

just wondering if a supercharger well fit on my 2002 dakota qc 4x4 3.9.
How much more hp well it make.
Where can i find out more info.
Well my v6 still sound like a v6,if so i dont think i'll be buting one.

What are you doing to put 220 on the ground from a 3.7. I was putting 173 to the rears and after doing a 360 intake 180 deg therm and a straight exhaust i am at about 188 or so.
That motor is rated at 210 (stock) but thats not to the rear tires.
