I had 31"s on there for about 3 years. I didn't really have any problems (except when I went through an intersection with big dips too fast!). That is about as big as you might want to go. I got new tires about 8 monthes ago and dropped down to 30"s for better milage. I also have a 98 dak extra cab 4x2 and do not have a lift. Since I dropped to the 30's, the truck looks just as cool, I've noticed a tad better milage and pick up...and I rarely have any rubbing.
