Will a 97-00 Dakota 3.9 engine fit in a 95 Ram that also has a 3.9? I could really use the help.

Yes it will fit but you will need to swap the
intake manifold because to run the 95 computer and
obd1 system you need the egr type intake on the
newer motor
You need the egr manifold or you will get a code
32 every 50 miles and the comp will never acheave
a complete learn and run its best
If its a 00 or newer you will also need to swap
the injectors 92 to 99 use 19# 00 and up use 21#
That is the only diff on the newer 3.9's 96 and
up had no egr valve
