As for my post...
I rarely see black people in trucks. And while on the topic of racism. I'll admit I'm racist TO AN EXTENT. To me... a "nigger" (to me) is a black person who acts like a thug and speaks ebonics so badly anyone with good english can't understand them. Not all black people are considered "niggers." There's a black family down the street from me (the only black family in the neighborhood as a matter of fact...which sparked up a bit of controversy when they moved in)... they aren't considered "niggers." They're very nice people and I'd never discriminate them or make fun of them just because they aren't white. They are equal to any of the white people around here. I also make fun of white people...I call em "wiggers"...the guys who like to act like hardass thugs and crap like that. I personally feel it's not a racist thing since I make fun of white thugs as well as black ones though to most, it prolly is.
Also...something I find kinda interesting. We're allowed to hate Nazis, racists, KKK members, satanists (and members of other cults), etc which in itself is discrimination, yet they get blasted for doing the same thing.

I dont get it? What difference is a skin colour when it comes to Dakotas? Where I come from, its not where you come from, but how you act with other people.
Realistically, since we are all "foreigners" to this continent, no one has the right to condem others for thier differences. Come to Canada and you will see a racially harmonious society. Toronto is the most racially diverse city in the world and we have fewer murders per year than most US cities.
I am not trying to start something here, only to point out that colour is not a criteria for driving the best darn truck on the road!

i have seen a black guy in a s-10. it was actually pretty sweet looking for a s-10. i've seen him around a few times. and i see alot of black people in trucks around here. what's the big deal? i have a black friend with a 4x4 hemi Ram 1500 fully loaded options. real nice guy. I thought our society had advanced a little further in the fact that eventually skin color wouldn't matter. i live in the deep south, Mobile, Alabama, and there's hardly any bigotry or hate crimes or the such around here. it's looked down upon just as anywhere else in the country, but there are still steriotypes about the south. my view of a "-igger" and "wigger" is the same as GB2000, because to put it frankly the people who do act that way are a detriment to society as a whole, not because of the way they dress or look, or skin color or the music they listen to, it's how they act. everyone is deserving of respect and everyone should show respect, but not all do. And you can't call me a rascist because i work with and am friends with numerous black men and women. I only judge on actions and lack of respect and i would expect no less if someone were to judge me. So to end this post i think we should all put this topic to sleep since it's obviously going to cause flaming and arguments from here on out. it's like that old saying "Never discuss religion or politics", some will take this religiously.

just wanted to say that maybe you should read slow4X4dak's post again. hes not being racist he is stating the fact that he has not seen a black guy in a truck because there is in fact a KKK church downt the street from him. if i was black i sure wouldnt want to be near a KKK church so thats probably why he hasnt seen any. just had to state my point of view. anyways im from alabama too :)

I moved to the mountains from Baltimore City about 2 years ago for college (Frostburg State). Please try and call me racist, considering I've lived in baltimore city, which is only 45 minutes tops away from Wash. D.C. and there's plenty of "black folk" (Not even gonna use African American, because I don't prefer to be called "Anglo American" or "Irish American")
I'm surrounded by "rednecks" and they may make their jokes about black people, but what black people don't make jokes about white people? And they are right about "niggrs" and "black people"... There's a difference, same as "wiggers" and "white people". The color of your skin doesn't rule your personality.
And this thread should've been moved to off topic, but I had to thank Chris and Josh for taking the time to read and inform everybody else that I was only stating facts, and was not trying to go into opinions on race related topics.
