I have an 89 dodge dakota 2wd, I put a 3.9 liter in place of the 2.5. on my fuse block I have two flashers, one directional the other four way. In between is some kind of relay It has a round base and it's smaller than the two flashers. What is this peice? Does it have anything to do with my Anti-lock brake light and brake light coming on? Also, My Maint REQ'D Light is on. What does that mean?

It's the timer module for your key buzzer, footwell and ignition cylinder illumination. Not related to your warning lights.
