O2 sensor.
MAP sensor.
Replace them, and reset computer.
That's where I'd start.

If you have gas in the tail pipe, I would agree that the O2 sensor is like defective and need's replacement. I have had other Dodge products a 93 Caravan that had the same problem, you are having. I was out of town at the time and a transmission shop tried to convice my wife that the van needed a 2500.00 transmission replacement. Don't run too long with the bad O2 sensor dumping all that raw gas in the exhaust will cause the catalytic convertor to fail. Good Luck.

Check codes first before replacing all these parts.

Takes some of the guesswork out of it. Another possibility could be a leaky injector.
