I know this has been asked but is there any way to disable them short of using the park brake in a 2002?

Ya you can disable them by putting your emergency break on the first knotch but i wouldnt feel comfortable knowing that my emergency break is on.. plus you get that annoying blinking light. I am trying to find a way to disable them other then the emergency break or cutting a wire.. so if you find a way let me know

I think a truck (or any vehicle that looks good) with the lights on looks cool... me and 5 of my buddies were all leaving from the same place going to the race track, and we were following each other... and we all had our lights on in our newly washed vehicles, ripping in roaring down the street... we all parked at a burger joint, and people just stopped and looked as we all pulled in and parked in unison next to each other... was really cool... I thought anyway.
