Hey,, does anyone have any pic.s of 3rd gen. Daks w/a single stripe going all the way over? I have dual stripes now,,but will be getting a cowl hood,,,and doing a single black stripe from the cowl all the way over the truck,,,,and just want to get a feel for how it's going to look.

i think that wouldnt look to hot. get a real thick one from around the grill to the back not all the way down in the front just before the bumper

What I'm thinking of doing (sorry I didn't clarify earlier), was to start the stripe itself on the hood. It would begin right where the cowl begins (a reflexxion cowl hood), and continue to expand as the width of the cowl does all the way over the hood.
And then, match that ending width of the cowl stripe on the roof, but keep it consistant all the way back to the tail gate.
Ya,,,I'm not sure how it's going to look. It's a graphite truck w/dual stripes now that look awesome (have to brag). Plus the Westin push/light bar lines up perfectly w/it, so it looks like they were made for each other.
I just wanted to see what this looks like on other daks,,before going ahead w/it. Just an idea now,,,,probably end up leaving all just on color.
But go ahead and throw some pics/link up so I can see some examples.

I dont know if this helps any. I dont have any really clear shots of the hood, but here is what mine looks like, and if your going to be changing the hood i dont know how much this ll help but ill post anyway.

Well actually im going to have a Shaker put on next month so I can send you that pic with the stripe if you'd like to see that too. When i get it of course... And by that time you'll probably have yours anyhow.
