You can purchase it from the wings west factory. For $800 that is pretty cheap cause on the site it is $1059. I have the front bumper cover on my dak now,(no pics yet). I think this kit is much nicer than the xenon kit.

I agree with dropt on the quality issue. It looks much cleaner and a lot more fluid than the Xenon kit in my opinion. Here are some sites that I know sell the kit:
