get some pre-1991 Dakota Rotors (they will be 5 lug) and simply put them on! Boom the front is done.
As for the rear, you can possibly go to a junk yard and swap out rear ends from a pre-1991 dakota or just get the drums and axels off the pre-91... Where are you located because I have TWO rear-ends for a 1987 Dakota and I can sell the axels and drums or the whole thing if you're interested...
I will be doing the conversion soon! After I find a frame for cheap so I can have it boxed...
